Handbuilding Ornaments, Saturday, December 7th, 10am-1pm
Join us for this three-hour session on hand-building ceramic holiday ornaments and trinkets! Bea and Jenny both use clay to create fantastical worlds of silly creatures, yummy snacks, and household objects. In this workshop, we will play with pinch molding 3-dimensional ornaments and rolling out 2-dimensional shapes for cookie cutter ornaments.
We will provide underglaze, high temp wire, cookie cutters and ribbons to make your homemade holidays dreams come true! Feel free to bring your own cookie cutters or textures to use.
(You will be responsible for glazing your own works. The kiln cutoff dates for work to be fired before Christmas will be posted soon.)
